Excellent service My air conditioner stopped cooling and I submitted the service request on a Sunday evening. A technician was at my place within 30 mins and fixed the problem.

Strada could be better. The first issue I’ve found after living here for about 9 months is the gym. One of the treadmills just doesn’t work, another one malfunctions often when you attempt to use it. Also the rower doesn’t turn on and neither of the stationary bike interfaces turn on either. You could get rid of half the cardio equipment and atleast put a pull up bar somewhere in there (the corner where the rower is would be perfect). Next, the pool seems like it gets disgusting after every... weekend use. Maybe enforce some more rules and be a little more strict about that. Finally there is instances daily where I have seen one or more people smoking while walking on the property, and also people not cleaning up after their dogs while walking them on the property. Last week for example a dog had pooped on the sidewalk and the owner had just left it there. I would say the biggest complaint for me would be the gym but the last instances about the smoking and dog poop definitely are up there too. Read More

Safe and homey The apartment was cozy, never had major issues. The maintenance crew logically resolved issues but had to be requested to come several times for the dishwasher. Leasing office agents don’t keep track of paper work and I had to email several times for items that were submitted, not the best experience in that area. But overall it was safe welcoming.

Don't live at these apartments unless you want to be constantly harassed by office and being stalked and sent very unprofessional and disrespectful emails. I've been a resident for over 10 years and Knightvest has been the worst property management company yet. They are always sending emails out to all residents every week on the most random things and don't fix things like they are suppose to. These property has always had roach problem while I've lived here. Especially if u live close to the... pool, the huge sewer roaches come out and go into your apartment. Clearly the reviews show pics of the roaches. My tub flooded in bathroom over a year ago and majorly damaged the floor. They said they would fix it and never did. Its a major safety issue for my kids as I have to keep putting tape over it. I shouldn't have to do that and they should have fixed it instead of keep coming into my apartment and just taking pics. I also had pest control come in and the guy smells really bad and is not professional in appearance and told the office that my whole apartment was dirty and then received a very disturbing message from the office. These apartments are nowhere near luxury and not worth any discount rent or offer to move in. In fact, everyone is moving out. Im moving out next month and I can't wait to be rid of this nightmare! Help yourself and save your time and money because there is nothing luxury about an apartment that has mold, roaches, a/c leaks,flooding anytime it rains etc. lived here for only 5 months and getting ahold of any office staff is a hassle. Maintenance comes by to “repair” only for it to last a week until it breaks again or something else needs to be fixed. Walls are paper thin you hear absolutely everything! Just use caution..
