These past two years at Lennox have felt like such a blessing, truly a night and day difference from my first three years here. A big part of that comes down to the people. Maria, MJ, and the management team are wonderful about keeping residents informed and making sure our homes stay comfortable and well cared for.

When the reminder came about replacing A/C filters regularly, I did not hesitate to schedule a technician, and also set reminders through the Resideo app. Nacho came out right away,... and he is amazing, attentive, efficient, and always so pleasant to work with. He even shared a few tips to help keep things running smoothly between visits.

What really stands out is that this kind of service comes standard with living here, at no extra cost. I now have a reminder to schedule a technician to come every month to replace my filter, and I could not be more grateful. My home feels fresher, and I feel so much better breathing easier already.

Quick, Excellent Service from Ignacio I submitted a couple of service requests and had a great experience with Ignacio. I put the requests in over the weekend and he was out by Tuesday, which was a fast turnaround. He replaced the faucet knob in my bathroom within minutes and was professional and efficient the whole time.

The one outstanding issue is with my Resideo keyless entry system. I've had trouble resetting my password and accessing the website to manage my lock, even though I could... access it before. I submitted a request through the Resideo help form but haven't heard back yet. Ignacio let me know the Resideo team is expected on site next week, so I'm hopeful that will get resolved soon.

Overall, a positive experience thanks to Ignacio's quick response and quality work. Just waiting on the Resideo access issue to be sorted out.

Hidden fees I feel like there were fees upon fees added when we moved in. Hopefully, this is it, and there are no other fees added upon rent. Other than that, Stephanie with the management team has been helpful with the whole process.

Poor Management I had a charge on my account that shouldn't have been there for rent insurance and you can't see your itemized rent statement until after you pay. I immediately emailed the manager, asked her to take it off my account and credit my account for the over payment. She apologized and that she and/or her assistant would have it taken care of.

The following month when I paid rent I was still not reimbursed. I again emailed her. She tells me the insurance is no longer on my account... and she didn't see the charge. I replied letting her know I saw it wasn't on there anymore, that I still wasn't reimbursed and sent her a screenshot proving to her I was charged. Her only reply was "Thank You".

I go to pay the current month's rent and I see I'm haven't been reimbursed. I reached out again. She replies telling me it's not on the ledger and I wasn't ever charged. Then attached the ledger.

I responded telling her that yes in fact I was charged, that she removed it when she removed the rental insurance and that I had sent her a screenshot the previous month that clearly shows I did. I then attached the screenshot again. It's been 4 days with no response!!

Next step is to contact her supervisor! This is theft in my eyes!! Read More

No one EVER answers the phone It’s impossible to get someone on the phone. I work the same hours as the front office so it’s almost impossible for me to walk into the office. When I call I NEVER get an answer. Also, please advise people to stop feeding the cats. It’s a pain to be forced to listen to cats in heat while trying to rest or relax at home.
