Happy resident

I have lived here since 2023 and truly believe this is the best apartment complex I have experienced in AZ. I value customer service and Poleth has been beyond helpful making me feel comfortable here! Our neighbors are so polite and friendly, as well as the neighborhood restaurants and unique businesses. Although, i do feel the interior could be more luxury, that is a small exchange for the rest!

1st Apartment in Phoenix!

Great Experience Overall

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and quick to address any concerns in a timely manner. I really appreciate how helpful and accommodating everyone has been.

The biggest issues I’ve come across are the smell around the pet area and keeping the mail area clean. The elevators have also been down quite often, which can be an inconvenience, although there are alternative options available.

Overall, it’s been a great… experience so far, and I appreciate the staff and the effort they put into making the community a welcoming place to live.

The curve review

Great experience moving in. I have lived here for about 2 weeks now and had 1 billion questions. Everyone in the office was so helpful and patient. Sierra was patient and showed me the costs and all my options till we figured out which was best for me. 10/10 would recommend.

Sierra and staff are on top of it!

Great space, everything works well and as expected. Sure gates break, or elevators go out of service, but it’s not the end of the world. It happens. Maintenance is extremely fast at responding compared to horror stories I’ve heard from friends. Very quiet units also, I barely remember I’m in a huge building with hundreds of people living here. Pool is great to have and package/mail system is very well maintained.
