Run! Go anywhere else!

Where do I start? The broken appliances? The roaches, hidden fees. Lies and being ignored.

These just touch the surface. Please read carefully before choosing to rent here.

Fees: paying for a package room that is never used, 2 different trash fees. Water isn’t the individual unit. ITS THE WHOLE BUILDING! So you cannot control your water bill.

Did I mention the roaches that no one wanted? That management reused to take care of more then surface level to eliminate them.

Or how about the...
appliances, that either don’t work, or when you try to use them, they explode on you.

I will not be renewing my lease.

Horrible Property Managed by the Most Dishonest and Incompetent People

The title sums it up. For more details, read on.
This property will make you feel like you're living in a century-old apartment, making noise even when a child walks in the upstairs unit. This roach-infested place is also infested with thieves who will steal anything and everything—from your car tires to any patio furniture you have. The appliances break every other day, and you have to keep raising maintenance requests and hope that someone will come to fix them until something else breaks to...
restart the waiting cycle.
The management is money-hungry, feeding off of fees (beyond what's in the agreement) and duplicate charges that they hope you won't catch and will keep paying. The trolls working here are the most dishonest people I have come across—they lie and cheat to ignore any concern you raise and pad the bills you receive.

If you are unlucky and already stuck with this apartment, or you couldn't get anywhere else, below is my advice:
1. Try to aggressively leave this place (no amount of money is worth bearing this hell hole)
2. Do not rely on any oral agreement or assurances you receive. These people are scammers and cheats. Get everything in writing or via email.
3. Carefully review each monthly bill and look for unexpected charges and similarly worded line items—they are often duplicates of the same charge.
4. Read the lease-breaking agreement carefully. Do not sign if you are uncomfortable or receive vague explanations.
5. Get in writing all other fees/penalties/charges you will be liable for other than what is in the agreement.
6. Be prepared to take them to court. With proper documentation, you will most likely receive a large settlement.
Even if you are somehow convinced to move here, wait 6 more months when the mass exodus kicks in—most of my colleagues, friends, and neighbors are planning to leave at the end of their lease terms. You may get better lease terms and cheaper rent then.

I expect them to come here and say how sorry they are (I know they're not) and how they would solve any complaints and grievances we raise. That's playing for the gallery and to trick more unsuspecting prospects. After raising our concerns through other channels without resolution, I'm writing this to help others by raising awareness.

Whoever from aparment management who want to respond to my review: Rather than coming to a public forum to play nice and keep up the posture, resolve tenants' concerns when they reach out.

Too much extra fees on rent

Very rude leasing office staffs. Not sure, why they are treating tenants like thieves and beggars.

Pest control is very worst (so many roaches in the home and scorpions at lawns). So much marijuana smells in swimming pool.

Apart from rent, too much monthly unwanted charges. Premium trash pickup($30), locker($10), life style fees($70), fiberwave ($70), Cam charges ($70 thru $120).

Good things are - near to target, AMC and Costco. So many lawns for kids to play. Good walking community.

Hello, we are sorry to see you feel this way. We offer pest control services weekly and unfortunately being located in the Arizona desert we have scorpions that appear from time to time. We do our best to control this when we see it but if residents... notify us of anything they see, we are more than happy to have our vendor service a specific area for treatment. If any resident ever wants to be placed on the treatment list for their home, all they need to do is call us here in the office. We charge one fee of $60 (Lifestyle Fee) which includes Valet Trash, Pest Control, and Parcel Lockers (which were newly installed last year) We also just rolled out Fiberwave Internet at $69 per month for the tenants who offer higher speeds at a lesser cost, this is not mandatory to add, however, we do encourage it as it is a great service for less. The CAM fee is added to the utility billing with water, sewer, and trash as this is for the “Common Area Maintenance” for our residents to enjoy well-kept landscaping. The utility usage might vary from month to month. If you have any further concerns or would like to discuss this matter in more detail, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We look forward to speaking with you.

Stay Away!

Zero customer service (even check previous reviews), zero communication skills , zero awareness for tenants once you’ve signed away.
They are rated 2 stars for a reason! Save yourself the headache stay away!

Bad Experience

Not a fun experience for me. Poor contractor work. Lots of drug activity. Some incompetent staff members. One transfer to cleaner apartment (bugs/mold). Excessive utility fees every month after base rent($150-$250).
