If you're looking for an area for privacy and peace this might be the place for you! Yes, there are children and pets!! The children are usually adorable and the dogs mostly leashed. There is a small pet run and plenty of areas to walk your pet. There are rules about human behaviors with their pets. Just want you to know there are some really beautiful blooming plants and trees! You will love it!!

The property managers are wonderful, Claire is so kind every time we see her. I love the hiking behind the community and the easy access to groceries and shopping. The pools are kept clean and I love seeing the wildlife that come down from the mountain. My apartment unit is lovely, and I very rarely hear any noise from my neighbors. The garage space is big enough to store my kayaks and park my jeep. I've enjoyed living here since I moved last summer.
