It’s almost been 9 years since I have been living in the same unit. Palm Court continues to be a nice place to live. I refuse to apartment hop from one to the next on top of packing and other moving expenses. Palm court has done nothing but treat me well. They are always quick to solve resident issues. The girls in the front office are always so professional and happy to see you in the office or just passing by. Special shout out to the maintenance team for keeping the community well maintained.

MAINTENANCE REVIEW: Maintenance staff is ALWAYS prompt, efficient, and friendly. Juan is an amazing human and has ALWAYS been someone I can count on for my maintenance needs. Oakley, his new Supervisor, follows up to ensure maintenance request was completed successfully. Great teamwork gentlemen.

I had a great experience living in this apartment community. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a thoughtful layout and good natural light. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally, which made living here stress-free. The management team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents’ comfort.

I’ve only just moved in but Palm Court has been a great place to live. Quiet, secure, and very attentive to any issues we’ve had. I was thoroughly impressed with the ease of submitting a service ticket for 3 items upon move in Saturday and they were all taken care of by the time I got home on Monday.
