Been a resident for a few years now and I have nothing negative to say. Community is gated. Has a pool, gym, dog park, and a play ground. Office staff and maintenance team are very friendly. They’re constantly making improvements and keeping up with the property.

Good place to live. Traffic can be loud. Small community. Parking can be an issue. Neighbors keep to themselves. Smoke free but occasionally someone will be smoking on their balcony.

The apartments are nice, I like how spacious the balcony is. It’s a good layout.
I know it’s not possible but we could use bigger parking spaces, some residents take up my space and theirs. Scoot over please.
Parents need to watch their kids, some have been throwing rocks at cars and at the apartments. Some kids are out by themselves late at night.
Next door neighbors tend to stomp on the staircase steps and being noisy at all times of the day and night.
