Great quite community! Office personnel are knowledge and friendly, solves any issue promptly. Maintenence is quick and efficient. By the way their friendly too!
Location is a plus, close to everything.
They miss a star only cause the elevator tends to need alot of attention which is not convenient.

Nice, quiet, clean community! I’ve never live anywhere so quiet! I hardly ever see my neighbors & I have not had to deal with any issues as of yet! Happy I moved here so far!

This is an amazing place to live with great amenities and super friendly and helpful staff. Cristal and Isabelle made sure all of our questions were answered and helped make the whole process super smooth and stress free from the moment we toured, when we applied and moved in, and they continue to do so to this day. Similarly, Jorge and Jeremiah from maintenance have been extremely efficient and helpful at fixing any issues that arise (which are expected in any apartment).

My experience here at Peak 16 has been great from the office staff to the maintenance workers. Every property will have its issues and is not perfect but as long as they’re solved that’s all that matters.
