amazing application process was super easy and got instantly approved. still working on the process with jetty as well for the security deposit. other than that super grateful there is other options for everything

Quiet and close to a lot of shops and in a great school district.... water gets shut off a lot but usually is fixed after a few hours. Staff is very nice

These apartments are decent and nice. It is set up in a good location near local highways and shops and entertainment. The staff is friendly and kind and knowledgeable. However there tends to be a lot of water issues in this complex. Many days of shut-offs and not inhabitable during monsoon season. Between management and Landscaping they are not willing to assist and or finding a resolution so that you can enjoy your patio.
