I’ve had a really positive experience living at Saiya so far. The building itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, but what really stands out is how responsive and helpful the team is. Any questions or maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly, which makes a huge difference day to day.

From start to finish! Casey and Samantha have been excellent professional helpful and outstanding !! The maintaince staff is friendly helpful as well the security are also very nice!!!! Again the only area I see for improvement would be the cleaning staff needs attention to have more staff during the week and definitely on the weekend

I’ve had an exceptional experience with Saiya, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible leasing staff — Kacey, Samantha, and Alexis. From my very first tour, they have been consistently kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. It’s clear they genuinely care about the resident experience and go above and beyond to ensure residents feel happy, supported, and well taken care of.

Their timeliness when it comes to problem-solving and providing solutions is something I truly value....
