I’ve had an exceptional experience with Saiya, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible leasing staff — Kacey, Samantha, and Alexis. From my very first tour, they have been consistently kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. It’s clear they genuinely care about the resident experience and go above and beyond to ensure residents feel happy, supported, and well taken care of.

Their timeliness when it comes to problem-solving and providing solutions is something I truly value.... Communication is always direct, clear, and high-level, which makes working with them seamless and reassuring. I feel very comfortable trusting this team and genuinely feel safe as a resident because of their competence and care.

While it’s wonderful to live in a beautiful building with great amenities, what truly makes a difference is having a capable, reliable, and responsive team to depend on when issues arise or even when you just have general questions. They have been GREAT!

There’s no doubt downtown has become very competitive, but I couldn’t be happier to be among the first—if not the very first—resident to move into Saiya. The building feels like a private resort, and the team behind the community has gone above and beyond to make both my move and my short time here truly enjoyable. From the leasing process and tour, to the steady updates before move-in day, move-in day itself, and finally addressing a small appliance related concern, everything has been seamless... . It’s been a complete night-and-day difference compared to my last downtown Phoenix community.
