    Verified Renter

    Maintenance is great. They are courteous, helpful and do a great job. However, many of the problems they have to address on a regular basis are because of owner/management neglect. Preventative Maintenance and upkeep would make a HUGE difference. Apartments need to be UPDATED to reflect the UPSCALE advertisement!
