The move in process at Santa Rosa is truly excellent. When we toured the community for the first time Veronica was incredibly knowledgeable. She started by showing us what was available in our price range on the property map. Then after touring the model unit she walked us around the property and showed us from sidewalk view where our potential units would be and the advantages to each unit (proximity to grill, west facing windows for sunset etc.). I felt like this attention to detail is... something that solidifies our decision. No other complex went the extra mile to walk us through what our living would look like in each unit and that felt special. There were zero surprises upon move in and the unit was spotless . The community has been peaceful , all residents respectful and communication with Veronica was consistent.

Santa Rosa gave me peace of mind and feeling safe. The property is clean and well kept. I appreciate that as a mother. Most importantly we love our sleep so a quiet place was a necessity and I’m very pleased that Santa Rosa has that. Kind and friendly staff and neighbors.
