Fun, Tidy and secured Apartments in downtown phoenix! Its walkable distance to all the fun places, stadiums and stores! Rooftop pool is big and confortable for all weathers! Loving my stay in Battery since 2 years almost!

When I first moved in, maintenance was great—quick responses, solid fixes. Now, it’s definitely not the same. I had an issue with my outlets, they came to fix it, but the repair didn’t even last a week. Things just take way longer now.
The overall upkeep of the building has also gone downhill. The parking garage is always dirty, the elevators smell like pet accidents way too often, and the entrance gate is constantly broken. It’s frustrating, especially when we’re paying for things like secure... parking.
When I signed my lease, I was told there would be resident events, at least two a month, but those seem to have disappeared. The community feel was one of the things that drew me here, and now it’s just lacking.
That being said, I love my actual apartment. The layout is great, and every time someone visits, they mention how nice it is. The location is super convenient too, which is a big plus. It just sucks that the building itself doesn’t feel as well taken care of anymore.

The battery is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in! Management truly care about residents and giving them the best experience possible! The location and amenities are also unbeatable!
