For the most part, I am happy as I have been here for about 16 years. However, with the revolving door of management teams that we have had things have kind of taken a fall. The property is not kept up the way it should be, especially towards the back, which is where I am. The front of the property by the leasing office looks great. I would like to see the rest of it in the same condition. I would also like to see them get rid of the gravel and put in the artificial grass by the rental office.… The rocks are always all over the place.

Extreme water damage issues present in many apartments on the property. Do not recommend unless you have abundant funds to replace valuable items or money to insure such items. Maintenance on apartment is unfriendly, unreliable, and extremely time consuming and inconvenient to schedule. Property does look nice on surface. Amenities are consistently dirty and unavailable.

I have lived at The Bella for almost a year and I really love it here! The property is clean, safe, fun and peaceful. The neighbors are friendly and the pups bring us out for walks in the complex and dog park to meet each other. The office staff and maintenance team are responsive and approachable and the place just has a really great community vibe! Love the location and amenities too. Food truck Fridays are also fun! Great place to live in my opinion.
