The Bella is very quiet and a smaller community than the surrounding apartments which is what I like. The office and maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful.

I've lived at The Bella for several years and just renewed my lease! The staff that work there are very friendly and service requests get completed in a timely manner. Conveniently located right by the 51 makes this the perfect place for where my life is. No better place to be than at The Bella!

It is a smaller apartment community so it is much quieter than the surrounding communities. We have been here for 16 years. No place is perfect but this is better than the other one that we lived in for 21 years before moving here. The office staff is great and very helpful.
