The Bella was exactly what I was looking for the Vibe was amazing from the second I walked in. Welcomed and the interior was clean and spacious. It was the layout of the apartment for me. :) Thank you Eli and Caroline.

The Bella is a smaller apartment complex than the surrounding apartments. This keeps it very quiet which is great for me as I work nights so am sleeping during the day. In my 16 years here I have never had a problem with noise.

The Bella is a well maintained community and the best value you can find in this location. It is quiet, grounds are well kept and the interiors are renovated.
One of the best assets of this community is it's management. Both Eli and his office assistant Caroline are attentive and dedicated. They are supportive bringing a personal touch and a sense of caring in every interaction. I have had a couple of emergencies over the last 4 years living here and the issues have been resolved promptly and... efficiently.

The surrounding neighborhood is lovely with all the new restaurants and premium market places. You will not find as I said better value for your bucket in this location.
