this place is not bad, it’s very nice to have utilities included but it’s very expensive for not having washer/dryer in units and is not the cleanest. i have had to kill some roaches and bugs and i only just moved in a month ago. there was also a kind of gnarly smell that was lingering and had took me at least a full week to get more under control.

The Halifax is close to bus lines which is appreciated. There are laundry facilities on the premises. There are areas where people can relax and enjoy being outside. There are outside grills, grass areas,pool and game areas. The Halifax is a pet friendly community. Management and staff are friendly.
