We had an amazing move in experience. Jamie was great. Had a great welcome package when we arrived. Apartment had very little things wrong with it on move-in. Furnishings are amazing. Looking forward to the new poolside furniture.

We just moved in and it's been a smooth easy process. The staff is very nice and helpful, the community is clean and very quiet. Couldn't be happier thus far.

Leasing office was very helpful moving in. The unit's garage door was dented, but everything else seemed to be in good condition. The amenities are nice, but more seating by pool is needed.

Staff, maintenance, and neighborhood is always perfect. Need to clean the gym area. Very dusty, floor is dirty, and needs to refill sanitizing wipes more often. Definitely needs updating. Other from that everything else is perfect. Make sure you know that the noise level by the streets you are aware of, it doesn’t bother me but for those who are not used to traffic noise.
