So far so good...I was disappointed that we needed a certified check as it was harder to do than I ever anticipated (as we do not have a local bank). However, other than that the move in was not bad.

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Palms! The community feels safe, clean, and well taken care of, and the staff has always been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. My apartment gets great natural light, and I love how peaceful it is—especially by the pool area, which feels like my own pool most the time.
Maintenance requests are handled quickly, parking is easy, and the location is super convenient for shopping, dining, and commuting. The landscaping and palm trees add such a... nice touch, it really does feel like a desert oasis.
Overall, it’s been a great place to call home, and I’d definitely recommend The Palms to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed community.

I just moved to the Palms apartments and so far I'm happy with my decision.
My dog likes to smell bushes a lot and the palms has a good variety of trees and green areas so is enjoyable walking my dog in this property.
I like the pool too is bigger than the pool at my previous place and I think I will enjoy it a lot.
