Don’t be like me
Just look somewhere else because they will not attend to any of your maintenance req no matter how important they are. I wrote a rev about having to throw my clothes away due to their broken dryer (I did multiple maint Req and they kept marking them done) & the owner said to reach out to them. It’s been over a week and still nothing. Definitely reconsidering renewing my lease here.

Not a nice place to live because of high crime
The turn is located in high crime area. You can hear gunfire most weekends. There are sirens every single day. The property is not well maintained in terms of cleanliness. There is landscaping conducted every Monday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. which is very loud. The dog park is not kept clean and emits a foul aroma. The leasing office is closed when rent is due and the mail slot is glued shut. There were cockroaches in my unit when I first moved in that management was very reluctant to take... care of. I was harassed by management for complaining about cockroaches. If you're an older person be aware that this property has many uneven surfaces which creates a risk of trip and fall. I do not recommend this property because it is located in an unsafe location and the management has been cruel.

I've never loved a place more... Yet.
This is the only place I've ever renewed a lease, and I would be renewing again if I wasn't moving to another state shortly. Our apartment is so beautiful. Vaulted ceilings, huge bathroom, big closets, large fenced patio/balcony. The layout is so cute, the appliances are updated. I wish I could just pick up this apartment and take it with me to the next destination. Our unit is upstairs and in the corner of the complex, super private. Totally pet friendly. The maintenance team is super quick... with getting things checked out, sometimes it takes a bit for parts but what can you do? Amenities are still super limited due to covid, so the once upon a time 24hr gym is restricted to business hours by appt only and same goes for the pool. The only thing that just SUCKS is the parking situation. There's no assigned parking unless you want to pay for a garage for an extra 100ish a month. I'm in the restaurant business so I tend to get home late when I work nights. There's been over a dozen times I've had to park in the residential neighborhood across the street, not too horrible since I'm in a front corner unit but I have no idea how people do it that live in the back of the complex. Anywho, this is a very family oriented area with the school nearby and I haven't ever really felt unsafe. Thank you for the last two years The Turn Management. Amanda you've been great and thank you to the maintenance team always being so friendly, greeting me with a smile and good morning whenever we crossed paths. 10/10 would recommend this rental community to anyone.

Great Management!! Beautiful views of sunset!
I am so happy that I live here. I am happy with everything from the maintenance to the management, Lewis is a Gem! He is so down to earth and professional not to mention the grounds are always clean and I love the view of the sunset over the golf course from my living room! The inside.... like 5 star hotel faucets with luxury granite and crown molding throughout. Thanks a million for having me here! The Turn is excellent!
