Between the sewer roach infestation, cricket infestation, ant infestation, broken ac for a week, work orders not being addressed within timely matter, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worse enemy

I like that. It's a gated community now. And that the maintenance guy responds to our request is pretty fast. Rent's not too bad. The only problem I have is that our AC leaks, and I wish it would be fixed permanently. But they said, it's just weather thing that does with the water buildup. The swimming Poles are always clean and it's not too noisy here. Other than that, I like living here with being resident. For almost four years now.

I would have liked to know that there was an infestation of roaches before moving in. Hopefully moving forward management will disclose something like that.

Too many cars not parking fairly. Trash continues to be a huge problem. Lights are constantly going and leaves it unsafe to walk the property or your door.

Office staff not friendly . Maintenance will never fix anything properly everything is a patch until it’s completely broken and will take forever to call out a licensed technician
