This is a peaceful community. It is in a great area. l like how the neighbors respect one another and the connections that are made through the various community activities, The communication of important events and concerns is much appreciated. We have only been here 8 months. We are senior citizens and have experienced a warm welcome from the staff, who are friendly and attentive to our needs and concerns. Overall, we have had a great experience and enjoy living in this community. It is... definitely a place I would recommend to others. Thank you Verano Townhomes!

So far after a little over 4 months living here we have not had any issues. We enjoy the community and when we have maintenance issues they get resolved quickly. My only issues is that other people don’t pick up after their dogs but management sends out friendly reminders and updates on picking up after our pets.
