Nice 3bd 2.5 bthrms. Work orders put in by leasing staff at move in are poorly reported. Units have a lot of storage space but not enough kitchen utility space. Maintenance team are quick at resolving work orders. Love using the HOA spaces for a small monthly fee for your own convivence.

Maintenance here is a nightmare it takes 6 weeks plus to get a simple maintenance issue even looked at God forbid if you actually want it fixed

It’s still early being that we’re going into our 2nd week living here but we’re satisfied so far. We had a smooth move in, so far it’s been quiet and we’re looking forward to meeting our new neighbors.

No complaints honestly. I appreciate the vibe and energy here in the community.
My only concern is I just wish they could accept money orders as a form of payment as well.
