Verano Townhomes

Living at Verano Townhomes has been pretty great overall. The space is nice, usually feeling modern and well-kept, which is a big plus. I really appreciate how quiet it generally is; it's nice to have a peaceful environment after a long day.

The community amenities are a major highlight. The pool area is fantastic, always clean, and a good spot to hang out during the warmer months. Access to the fitness center is convenient, too, saving me a separate gym membership fee.

Maintenance requests... have usually been handled pretty quickly, which is always reassuring when you live in a managed community. If there's been an issue, they seem responsive about getting someone out.

Long time resident here. Verano is SOO conveniently located to shopping, entertainment, good schools and more. The complex is very family-friendly and safe, with programs for children (they love it!). The staff is responsive to resident needs, and the maintenance staff acts quickly to any issue. I would recommend Verano to everyone!

Saige & Keisha listen to concerns and does there best to address what’s in there control. The property is safe been here for almost 3 years now.
