This place is a disaster. There’s criminals living within, it always smells of marijuana throughout. Maintaince is required once or twice a month on water leaks in bathrooms and kitchen. Management is absolutely terrible, it’s obvious they hate their job and will try to ruin your day if possible. I’m trying to think of one positive about the place to be fair, but I honestly can’t think of one! I will be moving there on October 23rd. It's a little spendy but I wanted to have a nice and safe place for my son and I. It looks very clean and close to work. I am so blessed to have my job and my health but would be a lot less stressed if I could have free rent for a year. I would b able to help my son through college and have time to help others in the community.

Apartments are great! I have a two bedroom, both rooms are master beedrooms with a bathroom attached to both. Very spacious living area and kitchen. The complex itself is kept up nicely. The neighbors can be kind of rowdy and quiet often the pool is closed. Maintence also does not come out in a timely matter. Overall Its a nice place to live.

The Villas on Bell have everything you need all wrapped into a little gated community. As you enter through the gates you can't miss the pool on the left with the Palm trees, it's like a little desert oasis, a great place to go in the evening and cool down and also be able to sit under the umbrellas and visit with friends.
If you want to join a gym no need to when you have your very own right on the property, how convenient! No need to spend that cash for a monthly membership.
The apartments… come in 1,2and3 bedroom places, mine is a 2 bedroom I love the layout, each bedroom has its own bathroom which makes it very private if you share your apartment with someone else or if you have guests. Also each bedroom has a walk in closet, boo yeah! There is a laundry room which i am so grateful for and the whole apartment has whirlpool appliances. And last of all the kitchen has an over the range microwave and a dishwasher. What more could you ask for!
