Very pleased!
Monica was amazing! She spent the time showing us everything and communicating how everything worked there. She just made us feel like we were apartment hunting with a best friend! She is definitely an asset to your company!!! Right when we walked into the leasing office it felt warm and cozy. It already felt like home and we hadn't even looked at the apartments yet. Thank you to the very nice and sweet lady Monica.With her warm and bubbly personality made this experience stress free and fun for... us. The apartments/ property looked amazing. They have a nice pool /patio area with grills and a playground in eyesight for our little ones. Can't wait to move in!

Do not move in here nice property horrible management Moved out Because maintenance wouldn't it take care of anything Then after I moved out they tried hitting me with all kinds fines and tried keeping my deposit Even though a lot of the stuff they were claiming were work orders they never got taken care of. You would think from a big place like this they would handle it better but this place is run terribly Wouldn't give any of your information even to apply to this place they sells it to a 3rd... parties. super shady place

Trash everywhere garbage bins always overfilled and very bad smells management is the worst I’ve ever uncounted very bad experience s pool never cleaned dog poop always left by tenets not happy here and won’t recommend ever

very disappointing...
Think twice before renting here. The management and website is very misleading. I've been renting here for about 10 days now and it's been nothing but problems...wow, do I regret that decision! No one communicates with me, they told me things that are untrue, several things wrong with the place but then the big problem...air conditioner stops working, I put in an order and more then a day goes by with no word from anyone so I have to head back into the office. While discussing the issue with... Kelsey in the office she simply says that there is nothing that she can do. As I ask for more information she literally starts smiling at me almost laughing at my predicament and my efforts to get someone to communicate with me. At this point Adolfo the maintenance guy walks in asking if there is a problem. He tells me that it could take days to get to it but that he would try to come by today and that someone else has an air conditioner issue that he has to get to first. (Wow, I wonder how long that poor guy has been waiting.) These people probably mean well and maybe they are just understaffed but I'm not sure that's my problem is it? I could go on about the other issues here but trust me. You don't want to be here.
