The community has its pros & cons. Pros - nice area, close to shopping & highways.
Wifi is cox and is iffy at times. The walls are thin so you can HEAR your neighbors. And their dogs who bark, bark, bark, bark and bark some more. There is sadly NO access to the park/walking path behind the complex. the nice staff are leaving and the trash cans are too small for the community AND there is NO RECYCLING but there are electric car chargers. The worst part is the PACKAGE ROOM. The delivery... people just dump the packages & don't use the lockers. There are not enough lockers for the entire community. :(

It's so far comfortable every now and then there's car near by keeping his car running making loud noise.
This one time so far it's hasn't twice

Green spaces.
Handy for shopping.
