Lovely property but rent is expensive. Work to bring it down or at least maintain current levels.

This is a unique community, so much more than just a 55 apartment building. The place is kept beautifully and I'm proud to welcome friends over. The present staff is very responsive and helpful, even in the smallest things. The residents are special, so friendly and caring...I love it here!
