I was apprehensive about moving into an apartment building after my husband passed away a year ago. Upon arriving at this facility, the minute I walked through the front glass doors, with the view straight ahead, I felt peace and knew that this was to be my new home! I love my apartment and the residents living here! I feel this is my new family home!!!

Although Overture Arcadia is advertised as a luxury building, it definitely is not luxurious. There are many residents here that are not able to afford or qualify as able to afford luxury housing.
