I have been a resident since the first month Overture was open. Over the last 3 years, we residents have formed deep friendships and we've had a lot of fun together. There is also a spirit of caring and helpfulness when one of our neighbors needs assistance. I never imagined all the benefits there would be to living in this community!

I am very pleased with the sense of peace, security, safety I have found living in Overture Arcadia. There are social activities, health and wellness programs that are available on a personal choice basis. Management staff, maintenance staff - are personable, accountable, and very responsive. The location of Overture Arcadia is optimal - in a residential niche, yet near 3 downtowns (Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe), ASU, Phoenix Sky Harbor, and a host of amenities (shops, museums, services, libraries... , restaurants, etc.).
