I enjoy living at Overture North Scottsdale. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is perfect. I love my view of Pinnacle Peak, and the sunrise over the McDowell Mountains. I am very close to lots of shops and restaurants. When I need to go to the airport or downtown Phoenix, I am on the freeway and on my way in just a few minutes. I feel safe living here. The residents are fun and friendly. The grounds and outdoor amenities are nicely maintained. I would recommend Overture North... Scottsdale to anyone looking for an opportunity to live a secure and carefree lifestyle.

The residents are wonderful, friendly people! However, the residence was no doubt built by the lowest bidder and the maintenance problems are continuous. The appliances are relatively junky, particularly the refrigerators. Drawer freezers are the worst thing anyone invented!! One must constantly remove contents to get to items at the bottom, needing to wear mittens to protect your hands. Large numbers of residents have had problems with the washing machines. But our location is fantastic!... Shopping, medical, freeway nearby.
