Soltra Kierland

My experience with Soltra at Kierland has been excellent. I was going through a significant life transition, and timing was incredibly important. Tracie understood that from the very beginning and made what could have been a stressful move feel seamless. From my initial tour to moving into my apartment was less than 48 hours, and the entire team was responsive, accommodating, and solution-oriented throughout the process. They were flexible while I worked through setting up renters insurance, APS... , and paying my rent through Bilt when I ran into an issue obtaining a cashier’s check.

Since moving in, that same level of service has continued. The leasing team is incredibly accommodating. They’ve gone out of their way to help with things like bringing packages into my apartment while I was out of town and assisting with collecting my mail. They’re genuinely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. If you don’t ask, you’ll never know—they’ve consistently been willing to help whenever they can.

The community itself has also exceeded my expectations. The apartment is beautiful, with modern finishes and a thoughtfully designed layout that immediately felt like home. The location is another huge advantage. Living at the Soltra is everything I wanted when looking for an apartment. The location, amenities, and room quality are all top tier. The staff is fantastic and really adds to the experience when living here. Tracie is incredible, goes above and beyond and made the move in a great experience. I would highly recommend living here to anyone!
