Living at the Soltra is everything I wanted when looking for an apartment. The location, amenities, and room quality are all top tier. The staff is fantastic and really adds to the experience when living here. Tracie is incredible, goes above and beyond and made the move in a great experience. I would highly recommend living here to anyone!

I’m moving out because the management, cleanliness and living experience has dramatically declined in the past year. The carpets in the hallways are disgusting, I smell marijuana in the halls, there is often trash and other debris left in the garages, hallways, and around the building and isn’t cleaned up for days. I enjoy the location and my apartment itself, but due to the property decline I can’t justify living here, which is Externally disappointing.

Soltra Kierland is a really nice place to live. With the high ceilings, ample closet and storage space, full size front load washer and dryer, and higher end appliances, all in a great area by the Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland commons. The office staff, especially Stephanie, is very friendly and helpful!

I looked at 50 different properties before I moved here. And when I moved here, 1 November the property was immaculate and Samantha in the office. Very nice hi Customer Service very accommodating.. but now that the maintenance manager is not here and Chris the manager that was here prior. The property has went down big time on the grounds. The cleaning getting maintenance order request filled poor job..

Soltra is a fun place to live and enjoy life. It’s walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping, not too big so it has an intimate setting and a friendly staff and the residents are courteous and respectful to the community and the property. It’s like coming home to a resort!
