I enjoy the neighborhood, it’s peaceful, convenient and my favorite part is having pool access. The neighbors are nice and very respectful. I would recommend The Cortesian to anyone looking to move to Old Town.

This place is very quiet and I really love that ,I feel save and happy,I renewed my lease for another 14 months and is the best decision that I’ve made. The administration is so good and I when I have any trouble they always give me an answer and they resolve my issue
