This apartment community has been approving immensely. Updates to the outside exterior. Laundry rooms work properly. AMAZON box is great! The community events are really fun. Front desk customer service is awesome.

The place is excellent, good maintenance inside and outside the apartments, good neighborhood. Close to Old Town and restaurants, galleries and shops. Quiet around. Close to main freeways and main streets. No traffic at all. Good place to live. I recommend the place to live.

We have been here since March and I just love it here. The office always has events for us to participate in and meet our neighbors. The property is always clean and any service requests are completed promptly. Thank you. I’m grateful to be here.

Been a good experience. Not perfect but it's a great locating and rent price hasn't been bad and staff is responsive. Maintenance has been a bit of a pain at times. But overall I have enjoyed living here

Is a good complex for the most part, is located in a great area, and is safe. There are some issues with people picking up their dog's poop.
