Overall, I’ve had a good experience living here. The apartments are nice, the community is generally quiet, and I’ve felt comfortable living here. The location is convenient, and I appreciate the amenities the property offers. Maintenance has been helpful when I’ve needed something taken care of as well.

Like any apartment community, there are a few things that could be improved, but nothing that has made my experience a bad one. Overall, I’m happy living here and would recommend it to someone… looking for a nice place to call home.

I love the neighbors around here, everyone is very friendly. The pools are nice and everything is kept clean. The only things I don’t really enjoy are the occasional roaches and that maintenance takes a while to fulfill an order.

It's a nice apartment community. It's peaceful and quiet as much as possible to be almost in old town Scottsdale. Selecting The Cortesian is a great decision for living. I will renew my leasing. Good location, near main higways. Schools, recreative parks, churches, Supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations. Everything is near.
