Need to focus on classic apartments as they are not suitable for living, the ply of cabinets are peeling, but as community it's a good place to live.

Would be a 5 but it's taken 2 weeks to replace a single outlet in the kitchen. Usually maintinance is better. Not sur why this 10 minute fix is taking 2 weeks.
