My unit is hot, roach infested, and leaking and falling apart. I have submitted multiple maintenance work orders which take about a month for the maintenance team to get to. Then the resolution is a band aid or not helpful at all. The maintenance and management here are appalling.

poor customer service, they keep changing the app used to pay rent and it bugs out each month on the first, if you end up with any maintenance issues you’ll have to pull teeth to get them resolved. there are SO many roaches outside once it warms up. would not recommend

While payment platforms and system updates are managed outside of the onsite office, our team works to resolve reported... issues as quickly as possible so residents are still able to make payments on time.
We also wanted to clarify that uncovered guest parking remains available at no cost. The parking app is intended to help residents manage assigned parking spaces and provide optional reserved covered parking for additional vehicles or guests if needed. In addition, our team continues to partner with vendors for routine pest control services and to address maintenance concerns reported to the office. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding any outstanding concerns, as we would love the opportunity to assist and help resolve them for you.

You need to upgrade my old and dated apartment something fierce.

My microwave front cover was never replaced. My air doesn’t circulate properly. There is still honey from a bees nest dripping almost daily from the patio onto the railing and the deck. The main inconvenience making me want to move to another apartment is there is NO WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT!!!

While select apartment homes within the community do not include in-unit washer and dryer appliances, we understand how important that feature can be. I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex so far. One of my favorite parts is the pool area—it’s always clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind, especially during the warmer months. I also love having my own patio space. It’s perfect for getting some fresh air, decorating a bit, or just sitting outside and enjoying some quiet time.

Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive experience living here. The atmosphere is nice, and I appreciate having spaces that make it feel more...

The washers and dryers are constantly broken and disgusting on every floor and they constantly raise the prices on them. Having to travel to 3 different floors to do 2 loads of laundry is very inconvenient and a misleading amenity.
