Mostly great but grounds always smell like animal waste no matter how much they clean. My last unit didn’t have pest issues but my current one keeps getting infested with black beetles.

Great location! Reasonably priced! Newly Renovated Units. New Gym Equipment. Pool and a Hot Tub. What else do you need for $2k per month in Old Town Scottsdale? The Palladium is a great place to live for young professionals looking to socialize and live close to all that Old Town Scottsdale has to offer!

Very nice employees and nicely appointed community. The grounds are kept very nice and clean. The pool sparkles. The apartments are very nice and open with great fixtures.

Loving it here. Jayden and Diego are awesome! When I first moved in I was having trouble with the move in date and my work schedule, at the last minute they went out of their way to change my lease to coincide with my work schedule. The unit itself is very nice and clean, the layout is perfect. I've been here for about a month now. I've submitted two maintenance requests. The storage door lock wasn't working and one of the outlets in the kitchen, the maintenance came and fixed them right away.... The neighborhood is perfect, walking distance to everything!! :)
