The Standard is an amazing property located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and is within a short walking distance of the many art galleries, restaurants, and Fashion Square Mall.

This is my fifth year at The Standard and the Management Team led by Glenn is excellent, very helpful and friendly!

I highly recommend The Standard--you will not be disappointed!

This is a True Gem, An Oasis from Time and Space

What an Amazing Address! Not just for the incredible Team but the Residents, how they care and participate in making this address a real Community is just not found easily these days. If you are seeking a staycation lifestyle amongst incredible people in an insanely walkable neighborhood you are in the right place. Follow your senses to The Standard at Old Town, Valley Ho Resort.
