The high ceiling in the apartment makes such a difference in a small space. The sound is well insulated. Underground parking. Artsy premises and beautiful landscape. Kind and very approachable managing staff. I am happy.

Artsy, warm, beautiful environment. Located in a trendy and safe environment. Managed by very kind and approachable team. Underground parking. It’s a little community and I also feel a lot of privacy. I feel safe and that is very important to me. The pool is also amazing!

The Standard provides excellent customer service and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Glenn is amazing! The pool area looks beautiful, access to the Valley Ho and the gorgeous floor plans are very appealing.

The Standard is an amazing property located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and is within a short walking distance of the many art galleries, restaurants, and Fashion Square Mall.

This is my fifth year at The Standard and the Management Team led by Glenn is excellent, very helpful and friendly!

I highly recommend The Standard--you will not be disappointed!
