In the 10 yrs of being a resident they have improved the property. The new residents are fantastic. Noise has decreased substantially more communication between residence watching out for one another, which I think is great I feel much safer living here now. Much more family oriented.

I’ve only been living at Allure at Tempe for about 4 months, but so far I’ve had a really good experience here. I want to give a special shoutout to the front office staff for being so helpful, professional, and communicative. They are always willing to support and guide you whenever needed. I love my apartment, and the community is very peaceful and welcoming. Overall, I’m happy with my experience here so far.

Good location, friendly staff, and nice amenities overall. However, security is a serious concern. There have been multiple incidents involving cars being broken into, stolen, or targeted. There doesn’t seem to be adequate perimeter security, and even the two main vehicle entrances lack sufficient CCTV coverage. Improving security measures would make a big difference in overall safety and peace of mind.
