The apartments are very nice and spacious. The rent is reasonable. The office staff is very friendly and informative. The tenants tend to throw their garbage by the dumpsters instead of inside the dumpsters. Visitors often park in the assigned parking areas.

Cockroaches almost in every place but management will gaslight you to believe otherwise. Dog poop is never picked up and security just does a big lap at night and the leaves. Also in one month cops showed up twice amounting in 6 vehicles or more each time.

Nice clean spacious place to live in, neighbors are nice & there’s security. Maintenance is quick and easy. I live the community events and everyone here is friendly. I searched for a while and I’m so glad I chose allure.
