    Terrible maintenance, water leaking everywhere and doors are broken

    We have been living here for almost a year now. When we first moved in there were many issues with water leaking, none of the bedroom and bathroom doors were working either because the paint they used to cover the stain has become too thick and the doors got stuck. And the door jams were broken so the door doesn't even close all the way. The basket in our fridge was broken as well as the kitchen cabinet and drawers. The disposal also breaks all the time cause the sink flooded with nasty waster… from upstairs. The worst part is every time we submit a maintenance request, it always take forever to be fixed. It really affects our quality of life. Now almost a year, none of these problems were fixed either.
