At first my expectations were low, because of past apartments I lived in. To my surprise, not only the complex is nice, it’s well kept year round. The staff was very kind, helpful, and very attentive to your needs. Overall, one of the best apartments I lived in.

Avana Tempe has been the place I’ve called home since I’ve moved to Arizona. From the initial walk through of the property and meeting the staff to today almost a year later I have had nothing but the best experience here.
