Tempe Station is truly a wonderful place to live. The location is absolutely perfect for almost anything. The light rail is just across the street and very affordable. The office staff are very helpful and professional. The maintenance technicians are the best. The grounds are keep up and are beautiful. We are very glad we found Tempe Station.

pretty good, good facilities and prompt maintenance, overall pretty satisfied. it is pretty safe here. only issue is it is a bit loud because of airplane noise and the gates don't close at night

I’ve had a great experience living at Broadstone Tempe Station. The location is one of the biggest highlights — close to everything, walkable, and super convenient for work and daily errands. The community itself is clean, modern, and well maintained, especially the common areas like the pool and clubhouse.
The apartments are spacious with a nice layout, updated finishes, and good natural light. Maintenance has been responsive when I’ve submitted requests, and issues were handled in a... reasonable amount of time. The staff has been professional and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance.
Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live with great amenities and a prime Tempe location. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a modern apartment near the city and transit.
