Tempe Station is truly a wonderful place to live. The location is absolutely perfect for any thing you might want to do. The grounds are expertly maintained and very beautiful. The Maintenance team does an outstanding job and are very helpful. The office staff are wonderful and very helpful.

Delia at Broadstone Tempe made so easy and stress free from touring to giving me my final tour of my actual apartment. Helped with any questions and the rest of the staff has been amazing as well!

The thing that I admire most about Tempe Station is dedication of the people that work there. The office staff are amazing and so helpful. The Maintenance crew really care about how they do their job and they do an outstanding job.

Not sure if the original leasing agents are still around from when I first began my lease, but I no longer have any sense of ill advised notions as to anything that’s been occurring in community. I feel pretty happy with this place, although I do plan on moving soon after it expires.
