Been living here for almost 2 years now and it's honestly been great considering the price and area. I will say that I was fortunate enough to grab a great deal on my apartment. I do live in an unrenovated apartment, which has been fine, appliances are older but they work just the same. But its my understanding that they will be renovating all of the older units once the current resident moves out so I don't think an unrenovated unit for a cheaper price will be available anymore. For what I pay... now the apartment is great, but looking at the recent price increases, it seems like a bit much.
