Don't move here. I've been a resident for 3 years, paid my rent on time, and they still had my truck towed. I had a sticker placed on my window for no registration, l orderea a new one, and before it could even come in the mail my truck was towed, and now I have to pay 250$. Terrible place and looking forward to when my lease is up. Don’t move here, they will tow you or your guests vehicle

Neighbours and people in the community are quite friendly; the amenities provided are also well. I also enjoy the occasional community events, which are held during festivals like Halloween and Christmas.

I’ve been living in this complex for the past 2 years and I can say that is a quiet community, close to pretty much everything, restaurants, theaters, ASU, transportation. There are some construction around the neighborhood that make it a little bit disturbing for those who works at night and want to sleep a little more. Biggest issue is that many neighbors do not pick up after their pets. Pet owners must be held accountable for cleaning up. There are not rule enforcement to prevent this issue.... For the last 2 weeks there has been some public lighting damaged and we haven’t received a letter from the management saying the time that will be fixed. Sometimes I feel the office put more effort to resolve the issues that they have near the front office than the one we have in the back of the development. Some stairways and walkways are poorly lit or completely dark at night. Check by the back pool, building M. It doesn’t feel safe to walk at night.
