Horrible management. Stay AWAY!!!!
This place is crawling with bugs, i've lived in 3 different units and they're all infested. The floors are cheap vinyl that tear if you sneeze on them, the maintenance team can barely change a lightbulb, they will peep through your windows, and scope out your apartment looking for valuables. The management is even worse, the assistant manager flirts with the maintenance guy all day, riding around in a golf cart, making eyes at each other all day. They charge you insane amounts of fees for... nothing at all, and if you try to move out, you have to give them an insane notice ahead of time, and forget about getting your deposit back because they will take a picture of a scratch and somehow that justifies an $800 charge. No accountability either, they are just free and able to do this to people every single day. Horrible excuse for a business and establishment. Greystar has no business being in hospitality and none of the people employed here should either. Best thing i ever did was move out of this hell hole
