Dishonest, unprofessional management

I rent here for 2 years. At move in, the floor bathroom sagged with moisture from previous leak, and the tub was peeling. When we asked to fix it, they told us we have to move out! Never offer to put us in hotel or move another apartment. I tried two or three times many weeks in between. Upon move out they charged us for resurfacing the tub they never fixed at beginning. “Lost” our intake paperwork so take pictures of everything!

Have been here since the complex was six years old and this is the third apartment for me, and I like it and feel safe here and know that Maintenance will make sure everything is taken care of though it’s rare I have to call them.

Horrible management. Stay AWAY!!!!

This place is crawling with bugs, i've lived in 3 different units and they're all infested. The floors are cheap vinyl that tear if you sneeze on them, the maintenance team can barely change a lightbulb, they will peep through your windows, and scope out your apartment looking for valuables. The management is even worse, the assistant manager flirts with the maintenance guy all day, riding around in a golf cart, making eyes at each other all day. They charge you insane amounts of fees for… nothing at all, and if you try to move out, you have to give them an insane notice ahead of time, and forget about getting your deposit back because they will take a picture of a scratch and somehow that justifies an $800 charge. No accountability either, they are just free and able to do this to people every single day. Horrible excuse for a business and establishment. Greystar has no business being in hospitality and none of the people employed here should either. Best thing i ever did was move out of this hell hole
