Gateway's quality of Staff and Facilities

I've been a resident for over 15 months (since August 2023), and chosen to renew until July 2026. My apartment was aptly furnished and the amenities were in excellent shape under Graystar!

Erin at gateway is great

Here for parent weekend. Stopped in while driving around to get a tour. Erin was so awesome and answered all the parent questions. They were closing soon and she was great. The apartments are big and close to campus. Great price as well.

Move In Day!

Our move in day had a bit of a rough start with the bedroom key not working and a few maintenance items that needed to be addressed. We went to the front office and they helped us almost immediately even though there were still a lot of people moving in. We appreciate the help and also put in our maintenance requests for the items that did not need immediate attention, i hope they get completed soon so my son can enjoy his new apartment fully.
