As someone who has been in several legal battles with landlords and apartment communities I am very picky about where I live and I am very glad that I have found this place because it checks off all my compulsory requirements and more for living here and would absolutely renew my lease. Where I live is important to me because it is my HOME and this is the first place in a long time that actually feels like a home and not just a place to lay my head.

Overall it looks great at a glimpses but there are a lot of deep issues with this property the water being the main one and the laundry rooms and washers are filthy
