The moment I walked into Scottsdale Gateway Apartments, I knew I’d found something special. The community itself is beautiful, but what truly makes this place feel like home is the people who run it. Alyson, Ysela, Tiziana, Ben, and Daisy are some of the most professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming leasing staff I’ve ever met. From day one, they made the entire process feel easy, personal, and stress-free. Every question I had was answered with patience, every step handled with care, and... their warmth alone set Scottsdale Gateway apart from every other place I toured.
But what ultimately sealed the deal for me was the maintenance team—specifically Jimmy, the Maintenance Manager. His knowledge, skill, and pride in his work immediately stood out. You can tell he truly cares about the residents and the property. The whole maintenance staff is quick, efficient, and consistently provides top-quality work. Whether it’s a minor fix or a larger request, they respond fast and get the job done right the first time.

I have a studio and the cost is a little high for what they offer the only thing that partially offsets the old apartment is the location. The complex still uses the group chiller/furnace for ac and heating so if anything happens to those units it means everyone loses cooling and heating but they do a good job of minimizing any down time.
