All good. Friendly and quiet. Easy to move around and lots of parking available for everyone to enjoy. Playground available for kids and three pools to enjoy along with a gym. Glad to be here.

I enjoy living here, most of the time it is quiet. Front desk everyone is so patent ,kind, and helpful. They let us know if chiller is or the boiler, if the water will be turned off at what time and when it is back on per email.

Living at Scottsdale Gateway brings a true sense of peace and security. The entire staff takes great pride in providing the best service possible. Any maintenance requests are quickly addressed. Every month our family enjoys the property's community celebrations. From building enhancements to designing a beautiful doggie park and southwest landscape, they've created the perfect community.
