Smith & Rio has been an amazing place overall! Even though I’m moving in November I really enjoyed my time here. I have zero complaints about this complex. It’s clean, convenient, and a great place to call home without a doubt! I recommend it anyone that is looking for an upscale apartment complex in Tempe.
