avoid place.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. When I moved in I was told I had the last non renovated apartment. I am being charged 200 dollars more than my neighbor who has a renowned Aprtment just because I am on the ground floor (We Both renewed our leases around the same time) There is a mosquito and ant problem, that They the used to spray weekly for but now you have to schedule an appointment. The water is shut off almost weekly and the plumbing back up into the toilet and shower on... occasion, and when really bad the sewage will backup into the courtyard. There is trash consistently being blown around since the trash cans arnt emptied regularly. The dog bag are usually empty so there is dog crap everywhere and anytime these concerns are brought up the office management the get defensive and deflect. Anytime this is an issue. They cant handel it and they push the blame and responsibility off. Do not move here if you avoid it.
