Leasing office is lazy and rude

I’ve endured 5 years of living at Ridgepointe. When I first moved in, I told them I had cat allergies and they assured me the previous owners did not have cats, but that was a lie. When I moved in, I had health issues for 3 months until they finally replaced my carpet. There are also at least 2 water shut-offs per week. In the summer of 2023, my AC went out and they took a full year to replace it. It still doesn’t work fully. I began getting roaches for the first time in January, and they only… exterminated once. It’s still an ongoing issue. The worst problem began in May. I have a neighbor who smokes cigarettes and weed inside their apartment every morning. I have asthma, so I can’t breathe when they do this. I’ve developed worse breathing complications, provided a doctor’s note and letter to the office, and they haven’t done anything to fix it. I’ve spent the past month calling, placing requests online, and visiting the office. They give me the same answer of either “there’s nothing we can do”, or “we’re working on it”. No matter the issue you have, there’s no responsiveness, accountability, or compassion from Ridgepointe management. I don’t know how they haven’t been sued yet.

Lack of integrity

Was forced to break my lease because of lack of integrity by Management. I was there 5 months and although I loved my apartment found it impossible to make it a home.

Maintenance was slow and ineffective. The air conditioning was so loud you had to turn it off when on the phone..

In the five months I resided there and paid for a covered parking place there were at least 6 occasions someone else was parking in it.

2016-17 Tenant

Zero communication between the office and tenants. Leaking ceilings, mold in the storage closets, and unfulfilled promises by the office staff on a constant basis. Look elsewhere for an apartment.

It'd be 4 stars but..

While office & maintenance are super nice they don't have a huge sense of urgency. Property is over all very clean and pretty Lots of greenery. My apartment is huge very fair for the price lots & lots of windows plus they allow pets. The people they rent to are also very kind & I haven't heard too much noise from my neighbors downstairs or next door. The only thing that keeps it from being 5 stars is the lack of parking up front & I've never had such a hard time getting my air conditioning… fixed. I don't know why they never believe it's hot and it takes up to 2 weeks for some one to get here. Aside from that, its a very beautiful place I'd definitely recommend it
