I have lived here now for a full year and renewed my lease for another year and will very most likely renew beyond that. The apartments itself is in a great location. Centrally located in Tucson so you do not have to travel far. The office staff is great. When I pay the rent they are always very friendly and its hassle free. I have only had to place two minor work orders in the apartment for maintenance to come in and fix a garbage disposal and a leaky tub faucet. (At separate times)Both… times they put in for the work order and the issue was addressed. Was fixed and completed in a very reasonable time. Turned out that is was not a "big fix after all" had the work completed within five minutes for the faucet. Great Job, maintenance. Very knowledgeable group of people they have working for them. There are two things that I really enjoy here. If you live in a back building, you have a great view of the Catalina Mountains and Pantano Wash. You never see such a great view from inside the city anymore but its a clear shot from the apartments. Second, I have to have my A/C. I never been able to get used the the desert heat but my A/C is self controlled, individual thermostats, so you can run A/C all year around if wanted. But my A/C unit works so good, I sometimes get too cold, which is fine by me because I would rather be cold than hot. Probably is the best working A/C unit I have ever seen in my life. And the electric bill is very reasonable considering how much I run it every day. This is a most definite A+. The groundskeepers keep the landscape very well groomed and managed. Its nice to see green grass all the time. I never have used the pools but there are two of them here and I always walk by them and they are very clean. There is security that patrols the property parking lots at night and I have never had a problem with safety. Extremely well lit areas around the buildings itself and the front door entry way outside is always lit up for safety. If you have your choices of a new apartment to call home, I would highly recommend that you pick Riverstone Apartments first. is really close to schools, shopping . nice little unit , great bathrooms , nice carpeting for rent too .

We have been living here a few months now and have been pleasantly surprised by this place. It's reasonably priced, quiet, and everyone has been very friendly neighbors and staff included. I personly enjoy the location next to the bike path behind the complex and my roommate gushes about the AC quality. Great place for pet owners and small families.
