Pro: In the peace a quiet of your own home, you’ll avoid the distractions of a busy office and be more productive. The Pros and Cons of Working From Home Con: You might have worse distractions at home, or even create your own if you don’t have the discipline to stay focused.

Commuting

The Pros and Cons of Working From Home Pro: No wasting time stuck in traffic or cramped subways while commuting to an office. The Pros and Cons of Working From Home Con: While commuting is never fun, it does create a physical separation between the stress of home and work.

Interaction

The Pros and Cons of Working From Home Pro: Avoid small talk with coworkers you might not necessarily want to befriend, and stay out of office gossip and politics. The Pros and Cons of Working From Home Con: Working from home can be isolating and by being out of the loop, there’s a chance you might miss out on career furthering opportunities.
