Great first apartment

So I moved in at the beginning of March, but Paola. The property manager, was extremely helpful and flexible through the entire process! She has been kind and on top of everything. I had a couple small issues upon moving in and she had both issues taken care of very quickly. It’s a nice quiet complex. The metro link passes by a couple times per night but it’s only for a couple seconds, really not a big deal. Kids are out playing on the weekends, but they aren’t disruptive. Overall I’m really… happy here so far!

Good experience, for our first apartment.

My husband and i were looking into apartments to move into, coming to parkside la palma apartments was such a great decision my husband and I made, Paola the property manager took us in right away, she helped us with all of our questions and made us feel super comfortable.Paola is beyond helpful she is also very understanding. This proccess was more simple than complicated we were nervous at first but after talking with Paola during our application she is professional very detailed and clear… about what we were signing up for she answers our messages and our phone calls and if she is busy she will call back as soon as she is available totally recommend thank you Paola.

As a first time mover Paola has made moving out very easy, she is super communicative and is willing to help in anyway she can. Maintenance is very responsive here as well.
