Experience at Rise apartment has been amazing so far!
Ashley really helped me above and beyond, providing room video tours and accommodating my tour times.

Also she helped me when my package got lost!! she really worked hard to figure it out for me.

We have loved living at Rise from the time we were just in the area having lunch asking bartenders which places were good, a few recommended Rise and we scheduled a tour. A few weekends later, Derek was helping us sign a lease and we have been loving life ever since! Derek really took the time to listen to us and help us find the apartment that was going to best suit our needs and the whole community has really delivered. I think the leasing office staff is exceptional. But the property is not well kept despite being under 5 years old. The chemical smell is very bad for our health

I've been living at Rise Apartments for almost three years. The property management team has always been welcoming and helpful, and I appreciate the great service they consistently provide.

When I first moved to Rise, I did enjoy the amenities and the luxury of being next to the dog park as a dog owner. However, the advertising for living here is propaganda. There’s never any visitor parking, door handles are broken and never fixed, key fob will only work for some doors as the doors will get jammed and management is flaky. When you have a concern and try to talk to management, unfortunately they are not in office and it will be the leasing reps. There’s a lot of turnover with the... reps so a lot of the times they’re unsure on how to help you right then and there. They do their best. Oh, and also, the reception is terrible. So let’s say you’re expecting a package - if it’s delivered by UPS or FedEx, good luck. It’s either gonna be delivered in a locker and you don’t get a code, or it’s “delivered” then becomes lost. Maintenance is the only consistent process as the workers really do their best to help you in a timely manner. Overall it’s a nice area community wise but is not worth the hassle and stress over the leasing period. You’re better off paying more in another area. Read More
