One of the things I enjoy most about living at Living at NoHo is the location. It’s very convenient being close to the city, and whenever I’ve needed something fixed, maintenance has responded fairly quickly, which I really appreciate.
However, there are also some major downsides. The smell of dog urine is the first thing I notice when I walk outside my apartment, and it’s very unpleasant. The area is also impacted by homeless individuals, including people struggling with mental health and drug... use, which can make the environment feel unsafe at times. In addition, trash around the property and the constant noise and loud music from my downstairs neighbor make it hard to feel comfortable in my own home.
Overall, while the location and maintenance team are positives, the day-to-day living conditions have been frustrating.
