One of the things I enjoy most about living at Living at NoHo is the location. It’s very convenient being close to the city, and whenever I’ve needed something fixed, maintenance has responded fairly quickly, which I really appreciate.

However, there are also some major downsides. The smell of dog urine is the first thing I notice when I walk outside my apartment, and it’s very unpleasant. The area is also impacted by homeless individuals, including people struggling with mental health and drug...
use, which can make the environment feel unsafe at times. In addition, trash around the property and the constant noise and loud music from my downstairs neighbor make it hard to feel comfortable in my own home.

Overall, while the location and maintenance team are positives, the day-to-day living conditions have been frustrating.

I’ve been here 18 years and the building hadn’t been completely finished. The halls were so new and empty I can still remember the scent. I’ve had many good times here at Milano and any ugly experiences were due to a bad management leader that slipped in and ended up being replaced.

Price of rent should be lowered due to elevator being broken down, water shut off on multiple occasions, being asked to move cars from garage for plumbing repairs on multiple occasions, no added features to apartment if renewing but price increase, and more community events for residents.

Given the ongoing noise issues, lack of enforcement of quiet hours, and poor management communication, I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving a review you’d want to share for marketing. I’m happy to provide details to someone other than Francisco if it helps address these concerns, but as it stands, my feedback wouldn’t be positive.
