DISAPPOINTING

The bedroom space is nice but the complex is disappointing. DO NOT MOVE HERE! No one controls their kids. Management is not helpful at all! They will lie on you!! They have no cameras watching the parking lot. Someone threatened to shoot my brother! No one cleans up after their dogs. Save yourselves!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

I have lived here for going on five years my apartment has had 17 leaks my neighbor across from me has had his apartment broken into 8 times cars have been stolen out of the parking lot the gates are often broken and people are pulling up outside of my patio all times of the night with loud music playing its a nightmare and i have been look for a place to move to but not having much luck at all

Review

The property is well maintained. Maintenance has always came within 24 hours of any call. Parking can be overcrowded at times. The security gate was in great working order except for the last few months. The apartment itself is in great condition other than the kitchen being outdated.

door dings and no parking enforcement

The apartment itself is halfway decent, but the ac unit is old. You can hear every step the upstairs neighbor makes, and you know when someone showers and closes kitchen cabinets. There is no elevator for the second and third floors and the stairs are narrow.

Parking is horrible in the complex. Not only will your parking be in the boonies; your mailbox is usually a decent walk to get to and not near your parking spot. The gates usually tend to be broken and people cant seem to put their… garbage in the trash receptacles.

So rent at your own Risk.
