I moved to Bakersfield 2017. I was very nervous, to say I loved this place is an understatement. Junior who works in maintenance was always very sweet and caring. He always made sure our apartments were in working condition. Sarah was always very kind and never rude. When Jerry came to work here I was kind of scared of him. I got to know him and he was very caring and always fixing issues that would arise. I have to say everything was always working well. I miss this apartment I felt safe and... never had issues with my neighbors.

Laurel Tree Apts
I have Lived here for 3 Years and not only has it been great, but I have also had a few co-workers and friends moved into the complex as well. Very helpful and friendly management. Walking distance to a variety of places ( grocery, restaurants, post office, Pharmacy, Misc stores). Very Quiet and clean grounds. Great neighborhood.
