Small for the price. Washers and dryers are hit and miss. Work one day and broken the next. Clean apartments. Loud kids are always outside and skateboarders.

When we moved in they rented us an apartment with bleach stains in the carpet and said it was time to change the carpet.. there are roaches everywhere in the complex,the pool is always green except in the winter when nobody uses it. The manager is really rude and mean and doesn’t like to fix anything! Rent is too high for what we have to live with..it’s sad

Came in person. Property manager was a pleasant person. Perimeter of building could use a little maintenance. Inner area was quite pleasant for rent asked.
