Road side Shelter

Road side Shelter, Next to airport, busy road and lots of Noise and Residents smoking everywhere Inside & Outside, Roaches every season, evey month, you will have live with Lots of Bugs, Smoke indoors & Noise, smog.

Refuses to show the space.

The management says one studio is available, but refuses to show an apartment and wants the tenant to sign the lease prior to showing the space.

Roach Hotel

These so-called apartments were actually, a former Hotel. When we live there a few years back the Rooms/building had a horrible roach infestation. It was so bad we were unable to cook or eat in our so-called apartment. Even with the exterminator coming out every month the roaches would travel through the walls and along the water and gas pipes aprt. to aprt. The staff at this place treated everyone like criminals and were just nasty and rude. Parking was terrible as there was not enough parking… spaces for everyone.

Conveniently priced with utilities included

The utilities are included which comes in handy during the summer. Overall didn't have any issues with the neighbors although there were some loud arguments at times. Parking is tight, and you only get one space, which can be a pain if you want to have guests over. The managers are fairly responsive should any issues arise.

Lackluster

They lost a check of mine, and then charged me an extra $50 for it. The area is horrible, I had a wife beater next door, and a drug dealer downstairs. I requested the same repairs on my heater for 6 months. However, the management is friendly and helpful.
