I think Vert is a wonderful place to live. It is in a generally safe area with many places to shop and eat nearby. My husband and I love how clean it is and the efforts made by the Vert team to keep the apartment maintained as well as smelling good! The modern aesthetic is also a plus and we look forward to leasing with them again!

The building management and maintenance is excellent. The carpets are continuously dirty, and the residents of the building leave trash on the floors of the trash room.
I moved into this building when it was brand new and spotless. If I was looking today to move into this building, i would not walk out, but run!
