The community, Park Avenue by the Sea, has a seasonal pool and hot tub for all residents to use, a community room, and gym. One cat will be considered with good references, up to date shots, and additional pet rent of $50/month.
We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount (sorry, no cosigners), good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers.
We require a separate application for any resident over the age of 18 who will be living at this residence. We also require any resident under the age of 18 to be identified as well.
