The pool and property is pretty nice but the walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors constantly and the apartment will shake when people close their doors.
There is also limited parking and if you park out front because the inside of the gate is full they'll tow your car.
They keep increasing rent when the property is going down hill.

Disgraceful Management
Before you decide to make this your home consider this… My Dad was one of the very first people to move into this complex 5 years ago. He is currently in hospice, receiving end of life care. I, his daughter, attempted to go to the pool for an hour in order to give him some much needed privacy. I was immediately stopped & informed that I could not enter without being accompanied by the resident. My husband & I explained the situation to the Manager who refused to make an exception. As a Property... Manager of 18 years, I fully understand that courtesies can not be extended to one that can not be extended to all however, in a situation such as this, an exception could have & should have been made.
There are times in life that demonstrate character. What the face of this complex demonstrated is that they are without empathy, compassion or common decency. If this is how they conduct themselves in a situation such as this, imagine if you have any form of problem? When my brother attempted to escalate this matter to their corporate office, they refused to provide the contact information - in fact they claimed they did not have it, which is a blatant lie.
I do hope you find this information useful & that ownership sees how their employees treat long time, loyal residents.

Rude office staff
I had a tour scheduled here, spoke to someone at the complex to set it up 2 weeks ahead of time. When I arrived the woman working there insisted I didn't have one, refused to show me any apartments, and said it was my mistake. She would not take ownership of the mistake her office had made and continued to yell after me that she wasn't wrong as I walked out the door. If they're that rude to prospective tenants I can only imagine how bad it is for actual residents.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
Management only cares about getting new people in, once you sign a lease they no longer listen or care about tenants. Maintenance is the only thing that works well. The amenities are great, but if you use the game room/piano room…be prepared to be harassed by the office staff. They will kick you out if they are touring a prospective tenant. The office staff is rude and unprofessional, constantly changing the rules for using the amenities with no warning. The office will tell you that “you... don’t pay for the amenities” so you have no right to use them, it’s a pro slave that they can take away at any time. Utility bills are sky high, $4-500 a month for some apartments. Parking is horrendous, if you come here after 5-6 there is no parking available. Vehicles are broken into all the time, no concern from the staff has been communicated about this.
